What the Ladybird Heard

The children have enjoyed reading our class book, What the Ladybird Heard. We used adjectives to describe the baddies, Lanky Len and Hefty Hugh, and make 'Wanted' posters. The children produced some fantastic descriptions. In maths, we re-visited 3D shape and looked at the properties and played games to support this. We really enjoyed programming directions into the B

eebots and building mazes and roads for them to move through. Next week, we will re-write our own version of What the Ladybird Heard and subtract by counting back and finding missing numbers by counting on.
